Rex Ma. A. MendozaChairman of the board
Rex Mendoza is the President & CEO of Rampver Financials, a dynamic player in financial services specializing in investments and one of the biggest distributors of mutual funds in the Philippines. He also serves as an independent director of multinational companies in various industries.
Rex holds a Master's Degree in Business Management with distinction from the Asian Institute of Management. He is a Fellow with Distinction at the Life Management Institute of Atlanta, Georgia, USA and was a professor of Marketing and Computational Finance at the De La Salle University Graduate School of Business where he taught strategic marketing, services marketing and strategy. He is also a business speaker for leadership and investments, and author of two national bestselling books.
Ana Maria A. DelgadoDirector
Ana Delgado is the Senior Vice President, Center Head of Consumer Finance and Chief Customer Experience Officer of UnionBank. She is also a director of Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc. and member of the Board Audit Committee.
Ana started her career with UnionBank as a Product Manager under the Retail Banking Center and has previously held the positions of SME Banking Business Head and Cards Business Head. Prior to joining UnionBank, she was an Assistant Vice President for Product Management at Citibank, N.A. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History/Painting from Boston College and obtained her Master's Degree in Business Administration from New York University Stern School of Business.
Damian is the Chief Financial Officer of Singapore Life Pte Ltd. He joined Singlife in March 2018 with over 20 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets and Private Equity across Southeast Asia.
He was previously a Managing Director, Global Banking, in HSBC from 2011 to 2017. Prior to that, he held various positions in HSBC Private Equity and DBS Bank.
Rien Hermans believes that technology can support our clients to manage, grow and protect their money in a dynamic and more efficient way. As the President & CEO of Singlife Philippines, he designed the business model to make financial tools affordable and enable customers across segments to build a secure financial future.
Rien has worked in the financial service industry over the past 30 years, leading marketing, strategy, and sitting in several executive and board member positions. A significant part of his career was spent in the Philippines as President and CEO of ING's insurance business. He also led AXA Philippines on its journey to become one of the top 3 insurance companies in the country during his term as President and CEO.
Walter de OudeDirector
Walter has been active in the financial services sector since moving to Singapore in 2000. Prior to establishing Singapore Life in 2014, Walter was CEO at HSBC Insurance Singapore.
He was also a board member of HSBC Asset Management Singapore. A qualified actuary, Walter is passionate about Singapore Life’s role in empowering customers to take control of their financial future.
Anthony ThomasIndependent Director
Anthony is the current Chairman of MoMo, Vietnam’s leading mobile e-wallet. Prior to this, he served as CEO of Mynt, operator of GCash; and as Retail Banking Head of Citibank Philippines.
Anthony has more than of 20 years of experience in consumer financial services. He spent over 17 years in Citigroup’s Global Consumer business across Asia, North America, and Latin America. He has extensive experience across functions in payments, lending, cards, investments, and insurance.
Natividad N. AlejoIndependent Director
Nabbie Alejo is the Managing Director of AlphaPrimus Advisors Inc., a premier mergers and acquisitions service company. She is also currently a director of BPI Direct BanKo Inc. and an advisor to the board of microfinance-oriented rural bank, CARD MRI Rizal Bank, Inc.
Nabbie has held several leadership positions in the past including President of BPI Family Savings Bank and BPI Capital Corporation. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the Divine World University and completed her Master’s Degree in Economics at the University of the Philippines.
